She has earned several certifications with an emphasis on employee benefits including: Certified 401(k) Professional (C(k)P ®), Accredited Investment Fiduciary (AIF®), and Qualified Plan Financial Consultant (QPFC). Hagen is a member of the American Society of Pension Professional & Actuaries, having received her Retirement Plan Fundamentals I & II and Plan Consultant I certificates among numerous other credentials.
