Kamil Robakiewicz specializes in litigation and alternative dispute resolution, with a particular emphasis on labor and employment disputes. He has considerable experience in conducting investigations for public-sector and higher education institutions. Prior to joining Miller Canfield, Kamil served as a law clerk to the Honorable James L. Dennis of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit. During his time clerking for a federal appellate judge, Kamil gained unique insights into the types of arguments judges find most persuasive. Kamil applies this understanding of the judicial decision-making process to craft effective and efficient arguments on behalf of his clients. Before clerking, Kamil was a litigation associate at an elite law firm in New York City.

Associate, Miller Canfield

Nhan Ho's practice concentrates on employment discrimination, leave rights, and wage and hour litigation and disputes. She regularly counsels employers on their policies and practices to address specific challenges in the workplace. Nhan was previously an intern for the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Michigan.
