Julianne Cassin Sharp leads Miller Canfield’s Immigration practice team. She has represented multinational companies across numerous industries in the area of employment-based immigration for 19 years, as well as represented individuals and families in the area of family-based immigration law throughout that time. Her areas of expertise include but are not limited to immigrant petitions, nonimmigrant petitions, foreign labor PERM certification, adjustment of status applications, waivers, naturalization, consular processing, and advising companies on corporate compliance audits and risk assessment (DOJ investigations, as well as I-9 Audits including issues of employment eligibility, use of E-verify, and determining risk of government sanctions and penalties). Julianne has represented clients in the U.S. Immigration Court and before all branches of the U.S. Department of Homeland Security.

Beth Baker is an employment-based immigration attorney with hands-on experience managing the nonimmigrant, immigrant, PERM labor certification and permanent residence process for large, multinational clients. Her experience includes managing multiple batch PERM recruitment and filings, and advising and counseling Fortune 500 clients and start-ups in the IT, engineering, and architecture industries regarding H-1B and LCA compliance issues. She is experienced with internal personnel management responsibilities, corporate client onboarding and fee negotiations as well as consular processing and family-based immigration services such as I-130 filings.

Kevin Wang's practice covers a wide range of employment-based immigration matters. He represents U.S. companies from start-ups to multinational corporations navigating the various temporary visa and green card categories for their foreign national workforce. He regularly advises and works with companies to ensure regulatory compliance throughout the PERM Labor Certification process. Kevin also advises companies on worksite compliance issues, including E-Verify and I-9 compliance, and H-1B Labor Condition Application compliance.
