Practices and Interventions to Support Employee Health and Wellness for a Greater Return on Investment

Recorded On: 10/12/2021

The COVID-19 pandemic has put a spotlight on employee mental health and wellness.  Rates of depression and anxiety are at their highest point in recent memory, and many employees are turning to unhealthy behaviors, in an attempt to cope.  The result has been costly, both from the perspective of the employer (lost productivity and expensive staff turnover) and for the employee (work-related stress and burnout). In the face of these challenges, employers have a high-leverage opportunity to implement practices and interventions to support employee health and wellness, with an even greater return on investment than in less stressful times.  Join board-certified psychologists Drs. Aaron Weiner and Shawn Hondorp in an exploration of current employee mental health and wellness trends during COVID-19 and an overview of best-practice steps employers can take to boost employee resilience, reduce turnover and support both their remote and in-person staff.

This webinar will be recorded and available on-demand shortly after the live webinar.
