Toxic Employees in the Workplace
Recorded On: 12/14/2022
Business is more than just the cost of buying and selling goods and services. The humans, and their emotions, that make up the workplace must be considered. With challenging employees, the easy answer may be termination, but that comes with wasted opportunity and cost of those in the organization who invested their time in training. Instead, getting to the root cause of the problem, should be considered as the employee’s behaviors may not be completely the fault of the worker. Understanding and resolving these issues can reduce corporate turnover and increase productivity. In today’s employment environment, retaining workers – especially generational workers with anxiety and performance issues – is necessary for profitable growth.

- Debunking traditional or reactive methods of managing toxic employees to reverse engineer how you view and use toxic employees
